    Title: Replanting
Well - all in all we didn't have too much of a crop loss due to the high water. We had a lovely lake for about 3 weeks, but it's finally gone down and now we have re-planted the center of our South corn-field with 5 acres of corn to be put up as high moisture feed. It looks kind of goofy, but at least we'll be able to harvest a crop - Lord willing and the creek don't rise that is...

Here's a view of our "lake".

    Title: Hay
We finally got our first crop hay in the middle of June. For you non-farmers out there - that's about 3 weeks later than we usually are able to bale it. Begger's can't be choosers. It turned out really nice - and we almost got all of it baled before the baler broke down :)
