Approximately 100 - 105 lbs. of packaged beef - custom processed to your specifications. We require a $75 securing fee up front. This fee will be taken off the balance of $2.50 / lb. hanging weight (approx. 235 lbs. - depends on each individual steer) and $12.50 felling fee for the processor to harvest the steer. The balance is due at the time you pick up your beef from Johnson's Sausage Shoppe.
