Approximately 410 - 425 lbs. of packaged beef - custom processed to your specifications. We require a $300 securing fee up front. This fee will be taken off the balance of $2.30 / lb. hanging weight (approx. 925 lbs. - depends on each individual steer) and $50 felling fee for the processor to harvest the steer. The balance is due at the time you pick up your beef from Johnson's Sausage Shoppe. We do not ship whole steers. They are only available for local pick-up.
