Sirloin Tip Roast

3 or 4 lb. sirloin tip roast
Olive oil
1 c. dry red wine
Lemon pepper
Rosemary
Salt
Garlic powder
Thyme

|
Rub a roast with olive oil. Rub lemon pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt and garlic powder on roast.

|
Place in 350 degree oven. Roast 20 minutes per pound. One half hour before ready, pour a cup of red wine over.

Slice & Serve.
