Johnson's Sausage Shoppe is inspected by Wisconsin's Meat Inspection Bureau - a division of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection.

Located in Rio, the Heart of the Wisconsin's Great Land, Johnson's Suasage Shoppe specializes in smoking, preparing, and packaging Wisconsin's best fresh meats. Famous for what many consider the "best jerky ever", Johnson's Sausage Shoppe ensures quality control and purity by slaughtering and preparing all meats on-site.
